We are seeking an experienced, high caliber candidate to join our developing Asia Pacific Regional Corporate Finance team. The position will be based in Shanghai, although the role is likely to involve travel throughout China and the wider East and South East Asia region.

Our team specializes in both Transaction Support services (Capital Markets and Financial Due Diligence) and Lead Advisory services (Cross border M&A and Private Equity fund raisings). The candidate will be given the opportunity to be involved in both, but the emphasis will be on Transaction Support Services. We are seeing an increase in our Capital Markets work and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in undertaking financial due diligence and have experience of acting as Reporting Accountant on Listings and ideally on the London Stock Exchange.

Requirements:
? University graduates with recognized professional accounting or other related qualifications
? Following qualification as an accountant, at least 2 year's experience specifically in corporate finance, with a focus on Transaction Support Services
? Analytical mindset with good commercial sense and business experience
? Good report writing skills
? Effective communication in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
? Ability to work independently and as a team member in a challenging environment
? A self starter capable of contributing actively to a growing team
? Experience of managing less experienced team members

Financial Due Diligence experience is a requirement. Candidates who can only demonstrate audit experience, or whose only corporate finance experience is advisory in nature will not be considered for this role.
