1、大学本科以上学历,法语、英语、日语、韩语、德语专业,笔译能力强,阅读速度快;
2、能够通过网络和媒体及时了解国外和港台地区出版信息,建立国外主要出版社资料网,独立洽谈引进版权事项,并与国外出版社建立长期合作关系;
3、了解国内图书市场信息,对国外图书选题有甄选能力;
4、能熟练使用电脑及网络资源,有进取心,具备业务开拓能力和一定的谈判技巧;
5、有编辑出版、版权引进相关工作经验。
6、有丰富的作者资源,能够积极开发原创出版作品。
