职位描述
岗位职责:
1、负责平衡好进、销、欠款及帐期问题,制定回款额度,并做好内部沟通;
2、保证全品种进、销、补畅通,并对历史遗留问题提出解决方案;
3、定期分析A级社的进、销、存、退数据,分析并确定供应商营销政策;
4、不断开拓新的出版单位与供应合作商;
5、按年度对供应商各项数据进行分析,提出改良方案,并报批执行;
6、重点品种谈判和供应商单个主题活动条件谈判;
7、供应商合同管理及合同内容执行到位;为营销部门提供及时准确的营销信息;
8、与营销策划、选编与发行部门密切配合。做好版权交易工作,督促选题申报及版权交易进程。
任职条件:
1、国际贸易、法律、中文等相关专业,本科以上学历,英语六级水平,熟练操作电脑及网络的日常应用;
2、具备良好的语言表达能力和沟通技巧,较强的文字功底,能独立完成采访工作,具有相关工作经验者优先;
3、具有高度的工作热情和责任感,较强的人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力,谈判能力强;
4、思路开阔、思维活跃、有创新精神,具备独立的工作能力和精益求精、注重细节的工作态度;
5、性格活跃主动,责任心极强,条理清楚,吃苦耐劳,有较强的团队合作精神;
6、能承受较高强度的工作压力,具备优秀的市场拓展、项目协调能力。
7、良好的协调和处理问题的能力,有在校社团、学生会等工作经验者优先。
