职位描述
岗位要求：
1. 热爱图书出版事业，文字功底扎实，细心，责任心强；
2. 熟练使用电脑，对网络资源（如根据图书内容上网找图片、资料等）运用比较熟悉；
3. 国家正规大学专科及以上学历，有编辑工作经验者可适当放宽条件。
职位描述：
（1）社科、经管、少儿、教育类策划编辑，知识面广、文字功底深厚者优先考虑；
（2）具有扎实的编校基本功，两年以上图书编辑工作经验；并且能够较好的规避版权问题；
（3）热爱图书行业，熟悉图书出版的基本流程，熟练使用各种办公软件；
（4）具备良好的图书选题策划、编辑加工与审稿能力，最好有一定的装帧设计知识。
（5）不需要坐班，工作地点不限，外地作者请先发个人作品样张
工作内容：
（1）独立完成选题策划与相应的组稿工作；
（2）解决或协助解决图书编辑加工过程中的各种问题；
（3）具备敏锐的市场意识，快速掌握图书市场动态信息，选题思路活跃；
备注：如条件合适者，可长期签约，并由公司帮助其完成线上线下出版、发行、推广。
