职位职能：

？ 向现有客户和潜在客户销售和推广Usage产品以实现销售指标。

？ 向潜在客户打电话及客户拜访,鉴别客户需求,完成有效合同

？ 向客户提供和组织培训,激励客户使用我们的产品,更新合同,维护客户关系

？ 向新员工提供产品培训

职位要求:

？ 大学本科，财务背景优先考虑

？ 至少3年销售经验。在咨询公司或者IT公司工作过的优先考虑

？ 优秀的演讲技巧和分析技术

？ 主动性，合作精神，有进取心，结果导向型

Principle Accountabilities

？ Selling and promote Usage product to existing and potential customers to achieve the assigned quota

？ Making cold calls, telephone prospecting, customer visit

？ Driving and identifying customers need

？ Preparing sales proposal and report

？ Making face-to-face presentations

？ Closing valid contracts

？ Offering and organizing training to customers

？ Involving customer usage stimulate initiatives

？ Renewing contracts

？ Maintaining customer relationship

？ Conducting products orientation to new hires. As a mentor to new hires

Requirements:

？ University degree with finance background will be a plus

？ Minimum 3 years' related work experience in global company. Related experience in consulting or IT firm will be preferred

？ Good presentation and analytic skill

？ Initiative, co-operative, aggressive and result oriented
