Mortgage & Wealth Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities / Challenges:

1. Checking Daily transactions and control/monitor staffs' processing quality;
2. Reconcile WM ops used suspense A/C and PSGL A/C;
3. Confirm deals information in Venus/Send Advice to customers/Authorize transaction in Finacle/Midanz;
4. Support OR or internal Audit regular/irregular checking;
5. Team management tools updating and risk control;
6. Preparing Regulatory Reports;
7. UAT testing for System enhancement and involve in new product launch;
8. Support team manager to do part of team management job.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor degree;
- Minimum 5 years banking experience;
- Relevant Wealth Management Operations experience, including DCI/SD product operations, QDII product experience is preferable.
- Operational risk control experience
- Team work spirit;
- Ability to work under pressure;
