Position Supervisor Commercial Strategies & Programs
Purpose of the job
The purposes of this position are to design regional commercial strategies, develop local consumer and retailer plans in line with HQ commercial strategies and local market situation, and to lead and supervise quality execution in order to support the region to sales volume and brand equity gains.

Accountabilities

Design regional commercial strategies
- Identify issues and opportunities for respective Strategic Markets based on market situation analysis
- Initiate strategies/action plans to address market issues and opportunities

Develop Regional Sales and Marketing Programs
- Develop detailed sales and marketing programs in line with the strategies and action plans designed
- Lead the implementation of Trade/Consumer engagement programs

Lead Program Execution and Manage Program Process
- Organize internal and external resources to execute the regional sales and marketing programs
- Timely follow through internal procedures to ensure on time implementation;
- Closely monitor and report as necessary the progress of each program;
- Summarize program results for future improvement.

Manage Budget
- Propose budget required to drive the volume and brand equity gains;
- Manage and control optimal usage of budget on monthly basis and in compliance with policies and procedures;
- Manage the overall local CE budget. Recommend budget allocation and ensure cost effectiveness. Maintain and update regularly the budget spending status.
- With the support from colleagues, follow all related legislative matters and ensure that all promotion activities are in line with local regulations;

Planning and analysis
- Analyze sales, merchandising and brand equity related performance data to develop and implement plans to address issues and capitalize on opportunities;
- Continuously evaluate progress and results in order to make necessary changes to plans and activities;
- Prepare annual and cycle business plan to achieve business objectives.

Manage agencies
- Build strong business relationship with agencies;
- Maintain clear communication with agencies on programs design
- Provide clear instructions to agencies on execution details
- Closely monitor the work of agencies to ensure achievement of pre-set KPIs and in line with related policies and procedures;

Reporting
- Ensure information and reporting procedures are carried out fully;
- Analyze new opportunities for improvement;
- Effectively coordinate the gathering of competitor and trade information and report timely;
- Generate cycle reports from SI system and provide suggestions on continuous improvement.

- Motivate positive, open and constructive atmosphere within the team;
- Supervising, training and developing people.
- Work closely with other members of field force to secure good business communication internally and external

- Good understanding of Market and consumers;

Education
Bachelor degree or above in business management, marketing or related areas. MBA education a strong advantage.
Work experience
More than 6 years of Sales experience in multinational company (prefer FMCG) and minimum 2 years' experience in Sales team management. Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sale Development preferable.
