Archibat is looking for Senior Design Architect for a reputed international design practice. This company is a highly diversified architectural practice, which has developed an established profile in masterplanning and architecture over a diversity of building types including commercial, residential and institutional developments.

Work Location: Beijing

Requirements:

- Bachelor or above degree of Architecture, Registration Architect is preferred
- Has more than 10years work experiences, has more than 2years work experiences in China, also has rich experience on the stage of design development.
- Organized or participated in projects of large complex, shopping center, brand hotel or large scale project is preferred.
- Talented in conceptual design, has strong and creative design ability
- Specializes in project design and management, can accurately understand and grasp the needs of the project and owners, good communication and presentation skills
- Strong coordination, team management, contract negotiation and fee preparation skills
- Easy to work with, has good team spirit
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch up and other software
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
