Mortgage Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

- Promotes the development of the ANZ China franchise

- Cross-sells and deliveries of ANZ products and services for all business units of ANZ China

- Promotes and manages the delivery of broader ANZ China initiatives

- Identifies, develops, strengthens and manages relationship with both new and existing customer by executing customer strategies and retaining profitable customers.

- Maintains industry expertise and general awareness of key economic trends impacting the industry.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage lending with extensive knowledge of ANZ China range of products and services will be essential.

- Strong knowledge in financial statements and credit assessment skills incorporating a background of sound mortgage lending is required.
