Mortgage Specialist 抵押贷款销售顾问

Responsibilities:

- Customer management and sales growth

- Strong credit assessment skills

- Superior customer service skills

- Identifies and satisfies customer needs by exceeding expectations, rapidly growing the business through new customer acquisition and increasing our share of wallet of existing customers. This needs to be done whilst managing the associated credit and operational risks.

- Maintains portfolio profitability, service levels and credit risk management.

- Develops mortgage business at designated city, providing mortgage lending solutions and retaining profitable existing customers by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations through superior customer service.

- Proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customers business and financial services needs.

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service skills coupled with 2 years in a mortgage lending environment will be ideal for the role

- Prior banking experience will be highly regarded.

- Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit assessment skills incorporating a background of sound mortgage lending.
