The position is responsible for ensuring a high level service to Counterparty Banks and Customers, including internal/external customers, provide efficient processing of Treasury deals within Bank policy/procedures and local regulations, prepare relevant reports related to Treasury Profits & Loss result as well as Daily Net Open Position Reconciliation, assist FX/MM leader of Markets Operations in daily verification and manage the operational support unit relating Markets Operations to ensure excellent customer service satisfaction, processing efficiency and effective control of operational risks.

As part of Transaction Processing, you will handle all processing related to FX/MM transactions, timely & correct processing of Markets FX/MM transactions, support team members in processing of daily Foreign Exchange Spot, Forward, SWAP as well as Money Markets Loans and Deposit Transactions including confirmation preparation, confirmation & supporting document chasing and payment instruction preparation as well as fund chasing within delegated discretions and in compliance with Group policies, internal procedures and local regulations.

You will also update data and rating figures to assist management, update Markets Operations Procedures with all relevant Regulations/ requirements /agreement and filing confirmations from counterparties and dealing contracts as per procedures. Adhering to policies and procedures is also important.

Qualifications:

The candidate should bring to business 3 to 5 years of banking experience in Markets operations area and sound knowledge of front/back office procedures. Tertiary qualifications in a financial discipline will be preferred. Thorough understanding and broad experience of international banking products, especially Markets various products and practical knowledge and experience in operating risks and compliance policies and procedures will be required. It is also mandatory to have organisational, leadership and time management skills.
