?Manage the ALCO book and contribute to the B/S structure optimization
?Providing analysis on bank level revenue and costs
?Handling customer profitability and reporting

As an ALCO Manager, you will be responsible to manage by setting up and implement the MLP process for loans and deposits, monitor FTP process, market risks. Produce regular/adhoc reports, analysis on the ALCO book related to the structural B/S and assist by provide management information on budgeting process for insto.
Qualifications:
?Tertiary qualifications in a business related field (i.e.: Business, Economics, Accounting, Marketing)
?At least 6-8 years experience either as part of a Finance / MIS /ALCO team in a bank, with 2 years supervisory role
?Sound knowledge / understanding of ANZ financial (MIDANZ/Hyperion) and MIS/MARS/ICIS/ICRM systems
?Sound knowledge / understanding of the banking business, its structure and the market environment in which it operates
?Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting / reporting for banking business
?Technology literate - advance skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel as well as ability to use the internet effectively
?Proficient oral and written English
?Accounting degree/certificate holder
?10 years of experience in Finance/ALCO department in a bank, knowledge in asset and liability management
?Experience in financial data processing, database processing etc
