Job Description:

· Develop and maintain personal relationships with customers.
· Proactive sales calling for orders, reviewing backlog holes, forecast fluctuations and contract compliance.
· Timely responses to customer inquiries: Quotes, Expedites, RMAs, Credit Issues, Line stops, Lead time, Samples and other requests.
· Proactively identify key business opportunities and follow up with quotes.
· Communicate of backlog changes to sales management, planning and marketing.
· Problem prevention through backlog and forecasting management and responding to expedites and/or line down situations.
· Manage elevation of supply issues and interface with Master Planning and Factory Planning.
· Work with sales to follow up on samples and opportunity management in Salesfore.com.
· Visits to customer to do quarterly reviews.
· Coordination of customer programs: i.e. B2B business process, Customer Demand Forecast, Buffer Stock, Consignment Hubs and supporting documentation.
· Customer forecast loading, revenue/unit forecasting.
· Holes analysis/Dragon Report.
· Working with Finance to address price discrepancies or price protections if they apply

Experience Required:
· At least 3-5 years in a material planning role
· Excellent Organization and Analytical skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet defined deadlines.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
· Quick learner, logical thinker.
· Ability to work within a team and support team goals.
· Deploma degree
