Reorganization Services (RS) provides services to underperforming companies and their stakeholders through our expertise and specialist team. We work throughout the Asia Pacific with our corporate clients, their shareholders and lenders to maximize recoveries. Our products range from formal, court-appointed insolvency work to financial restructuring, turnaround and innovative consulting solutions.

As a Manager/Associate Director, you will

Deliver advisory services to clients on corporate recovery, restructuring, financial review, insolvency, exit strategy, liquidation, bankruptcy, disposition of non performing investment and matters relating to distressed investments.

Plan scope of work, monitor, supervise and review work of staff on Reorganization Services engagements

Draft reports for partner review and report of findings to clients in a timely manner

Ensure compliance within the team with Deloitte policies and quality/performance standards

Participate in major client pursuits including proposal preparation

Manage and supervise senior and junior staff in day to day work

Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of subordinates

Qualification:

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management or related disciplines

Certification of CICPA, HKICPA, Lawyer Certificate or relevant qualification is preferred but not essential

For Manager 5 years' (Associate Director above 8 years') relevant experience preferably in reputable firm

In-depth understanding of corporate recovery, restructuring, financial review, insolvency, exit strategy, liquidation and bankruptcy

Strong analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service

Strong consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure

Mature, proactive and committed

Excellent project management and interpersonal skills

Excellent leadership and business development skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills

Willing to travel

草拟报告供合伙人审阅，及时报告客户处发现的问题。

参与主要客户的竞争，包括准备建议书

管理监督高级咨询顾问和初级员工每日工作

负责团队行政管理、培训、下属员工的总体评估和辅导工作；

资格条件：

会计，金融，经济，工商管理及相关专业大学及以上学历

持有中国注册会计师、香港会计师资格、律师资格及相关资质的为佳但非必需

经理需具备5年著名企业相关工作经验（副总监需超过8年工作经验）

深入理解企业恢复、重组、财务审核、破产、退出机制、清算

很强的分析和沟通能力，勤勉敬业，致力于向客户提供卓越服务
