BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible to prepare / review all kinds of financial analysis for commercial activities under China region.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the captioned candidate include, but not limited to the followings:
?Review monthly sales / rebates analysis reports.
?Prepare profitability analysis for commercial activities / new product launches
?Prepare feasibility / profitability analysis for new business support
?Develop Commercial policy.
?Monitor completion of sales plan
?Review & maintain the sales roll up
?Develop and maintain the sales and discount analysis report
?Assist in any ad hoc project assigned

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Organizational Relationships:
1)Report to DIR-GREATER CHINA MARKET ANALYSIS, K&B
2)Frequent contact with the Accounting Manager of Kohler China Investment Co. as well as the finance staff of Kohler China Investment Co.'s various subsidiaries.
3)Frequent contact with KCI sales Dept.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

-Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a degree in Finance with a strong emphasis in Accounting.
-Over six years' working experience in sales and commercial analysis
-Previous experience in a Foreign Invested Enterprise is preferable
-Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
-Experience in Computerized environment, e.g. SAP / Platinum
-Accounting professional qualification & experience in Big 4 is preferable
