Job Title: Sales Manager

Reports to: Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development of Corp clients through pro-active engagement to prospects

2. Accelerate Training revenue by maximizing clients’ needs and concerns on “Health and Safety Management”

3. Provide direct feedback from clients for further improvement of Training course

4. Share constructive suggestion for supporting of the business development goal

5. Leverage the CERT brand position to build a “CERT Partner Program”, engaging with appropriate third parties to offer branding opportunities in return for strategic sponsorship

6. Support any public relations activities including positioning the Training program to generate interest from media, create opportunities to demonstrate CERT Training for increasing brand awareness

Skill Requirement:

1. 5 years and above direct sales experience in B2B environment

2. Self-motivated and passionate to drive sales activities

3. Good communication skill

4. Good presentation skill

5. Fluent communication in ENG

Additional Skills:

1. Candidate with Medical Education and Working experience is a plus

2. Candidate with Sales and Marketing background in Pharm company/ Medical Service company is a plus
