Responsibilities:
1. Leading customer experience management for appointed Key developers through being service interface of Kohler and close engagement with customer at different layers.
2. Technical service delivery and escalation management with team.
3. Service performance management to meet KPI.
4. Proactive service and customized service in pre-sales, during sales and post sales to meet Kohler’s service commitment.
5. Providing technical support to related sales team.

Requirement:
? Bachelor’s Degree or above, majored in Mechanical, Construction or Material Engineering is referable
? With a minimum of 2-3 years’ solid working experience in technical service field
? Nice to have electronic or appliances product technology background
? Excellent communication and negotiate skills
? Independent working style, self-study ability
? Can read and write in English; Familiar with MS office
