职位描述
Goals/Mission:
- Collect the project information from the air separation market about the compressor, prepare the budget quotation, and coordinate with relevant department to trace the project.
Dimensions:
- Could follow up multiple projects at the same time
Contacts:
- Internal: Sales/Peer sales and marketing colleagues/proposal managers, engineers
- External: Linde, Air Liquide, Air Products, Praxair, Messer, Yingde, Hangyang ASU, Kaifeng ASU and other compressor manufacturer
Tasks:
- Collect project information in China Air Separation market at early project stage
Pre-select compression solutions (compressor units, as well as driving units) by using company's sales tools and pre-position Company's solutions by strategic customer influencing
- Independently prepare budgetary proposals for compression solutions according to clients' inquiry and present the proposals to clients and clients' designers during technical exchange meetings
- Lead project acquisition activities till order intake including firm proposals, contract negotiations etc. by pro-actively communicating with customers, HQ and local colleagues
- Enhance and intensify long-term relationship with key customers (defined above as external contacts)
Work out and implement business plan/strategy for the Company's compression solutions in China Air Separation market
- Provide market intelligence of Rotating Equipment market in China Air Separation Industry, especially the market size/potential, market evolution, customer profile, customer buying criteria, etc.
- Support Marcom activities for the Company's Rotating Equipment Solutions for China market
Knowledge:
- Sales skill, market, industry and customer knowledge
- Product knowledge-Compressor knowledge- Thermodynamics & Mechanics
- Product knowledge
- Siemens process knowledge: use efficient the Siemens processes
- Project ownership- Project management- implementation
Experience:
- Several years working experience in ASU sector (favorable engineering/sales/sales support
- Working experience in project management (sales process) in ASU
- Able to work independently, as well as within a team (team player/leader) which requires excellent communication skills. Able to lead process of a sales or discussion as the situation requires it.
- Ability to work in an international environment in a group or on individual basis with people of differing background, knowledge, levels in the company- in both technical engineering and sales capacities
- Education: bachelor or above
- English
