I. Responsibilities
1. Responsible to review, analysis and comment contracts (sales, purchasing, etc.)
<Identifying commercial & legal risks, implementing relevant processes and tools>
2. Works with the Sales and Proposal colleagues to structure the commercial proposition to be made to the customer to ensure proper utilization of commercial, legal and financial terms and conditions.
3. Identifies, quantifies and communicates non-standard costs and risks to the Proposal team and develops alternating risk mitigation strategies.
4. Proposes the contractual structure, consulting with Legal and other applicable corporate departments, to ensure appropriate terms and conditions are included.
5. Support the customer negotiation process, which includes obtaining input from corporate departments and planning the negotiation strategy.
6. Conducts contract negotiations with customers and attorneys.
7. Maintain internal database and share lessons from participated negotiations
8. Familiar with and implement LoA process.
9. Support in process design for Contract Management (including LoA process, numbering system, standard terms & conditions)



II. Education and Experiences
1. Must have legal background and good English skill
2. Legal related working experiences will be preferred.
3. Management experiences will be preferred.
4. A bar membership is a plus.
