Job Description
1. Serve as customer interface for all quality related matters.
2. Manage Customer PQA failure feedback and analysis and coordinate with internal factories and related parties for full resolution with customer.
3. Coordinate Customer Qualification of Fairchild products and processes. 4. Improve customer services indices, TAT, PQA, Field Failure etc.
5. Act as customer interface for all customer drawing review issues and communicate customer’s requirements within Fairchild.
6. Communicate with customer on Fairchild Quality Initiative. 7. Manage Process Change Notification (PCN) approval process at customer.
8. Support customer with EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) related survey and reports.


Knowledge and Skills
1. Degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics or equivalent.
2. Minimum 4 years working experience in IC manufacturing or PCBA as a QA engineering or process engineering.
3. Experience of dealing with customers on quality issues.
4. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
5. Knowledge in Quality improvement tools (eg. FMEA, DOE, Systematic Root Cause Analysis, 8D etc.) will be an advantage.
6. Good communication skills.
