Responsibilities/Duties

This position is responsible for the management of a team of regulatory professionals, for timely preparation/co-ordination of regulatory sumissions for a particular project and must work to high standards (government, Sponsor, Covance and self) with minimal supervision. It is the responsiblility of this position to ensure that documents are prepared to the required standards by maintaining awareness of current regulatory standards related to drug submissions and clinical research, and be responsible for providing regulatory consultancy advice to client companies and/or Covance project team.

This position will act as liaison between the client and Regulatory Agencies. The position required proactive interactions with all levels within Covance and clients and will also be responsible for assisting other Covance staff in business development activities related to regulatory submissions.

Education/Qualifications

At least BSc or equivalent in pharmacy or a life sciences subject.

Experience 5 years experience with CRO or Pharmaceutical company with at least 3 years of experience dealing with China SFDA on IND/CTA submissions. Experience with human sample import and export applications is a plus. Line managing experience is preferred but not a must.
