Responsibilities

1.Follow ABB project management process to control the cost and cash flow on budget and on time delivery
2.Manage the project risk and opportunities in project execution
3.Meet contractual delivery time and key milestone, get PAC on time
4.Monitor project quality issues, deviation database and take relevant action
5.Make project resource plan and discuss with various function managers to ensure sufficient and qualified resource for project execution
6.Motivate the project team members to ensure project success
7.Supplier selection and negotiation together with SCM team
8.Manage customer expectation and satisfaction
9.Ensure project documentation system function well

Qualifications/Requirements

1.Be proactive, optimistic on project execution
2.Team building and motivation skills
3.Be enthusiastic and interested in Project management
4.Good communication and negotiation skills
5.Good relationship with customers
6.Good English skill – spoken and written
7.Experience in substation/marine business is a plus
