The general knowledge of the person should be
1) knowledge of raw materials and their special requirements
2) knowledge of injection moulding tools.
(tool design or making experience is an advantage)
3) knowledge of moulding machines
should have in depth knowledge of the key criteria of selecting a moulding machine for the right product.
(machine purchasing or sales, maintenance knowledge of advantage)
4) good knowledge of other equipment used in a moulding production.
robots, material driers, mould heaters.
5) Hands on knowledge of running moulding machine from 60t to 1000t.
- setting machine process parameter to achieve low cycle time, low scrap, fulfill other quality criteria.
- needs to be able to set up a moulding machine and moulding tool from a blank sheet.
6) Improvement process
- needs to be able to work systematically and should be familiar with improvement methods scrap data analysis.
7) should speak English to be able to communicate with tool and process experts from Germany
