该职位工作地点为：重庆

职责：

向成都公司及重庆公司总经理汇报工作。

协助总经理全面处理重庆顾问项目

团队建设和管理

负责发展商和重庆公司项目的预算

要求：

本科或研究生以上学历，最好是物业管理获相关专业

5年以上不同业态的高端物业运作及管理经验

良好的服务理念，良好的沟通，监督和人际沟通技巧

熟悉中国市场的物业管理规则和规例

英语和普通话流利者优先

物业经验稍逊的候选人将被视为物业顾问经理


Responsibilities:

Reporting to CD office GM

Assist GM to handle the overall management of Chongqing new property portfolio

Team building and supervision

Budget management and P&L responsibility for the developer and the CQ office

Major Requirements:

Degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Estate Management or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years’ management experience in different types of high end properties

Good service concept, excellent communication, supervision and interpersonal skills

Be familiar with the rules and regulations of property management in China market

Fluent in English and Mandarin are desirable.

Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Property Manager
