职位描述
As Senior Online Manager you will lead an online Marketing strategy that drives the acquisition of new customers.
? Execute traffic driving campaigns to maximize online sales and lead generation
? In short you will drive traffic, orders and revenue within ROI targets, with a focus on new customers while reducing the cost per repeat orders resulting from any online investments.
? Implement improvements to site usability and customer journeys to maximize conversion
? Implement SEO best practice across site content
? Continuously develop and improve the website through testing and refinement
? Your role would cover not only Google Ad words campaign, but also any online performance channels (SEO, Affiliation, Programmatic marketing, Retargeting etc.).
? Develop reports that show performance of traffic sources, conversions and abandonment
? Develop and implement content marketing techniques to maximize customer engagement
? Develop performance related reports, develop and implement content marketing techniques to maximize customer engagement.
? Manage the relationship with the digital agency
Your day to day duties will involve but not limited to:
Working with and supporting the in-house PPC team
Working with and supporting the local marketing team (SEO)
Working with the data team to build and improve Tableau Dashboard
Working with the UX team to optimize landing pages
Understanding new market trends and solutions we need to test
Required Skills
? Have a minimum of 3-5 years online marketing experience.
? Must currently be an Online or Digital Marketing Manager within an online marketplace business
? Strong experience in PPC, SEO, Affiliates, new acquisition channels and Analytics.
? Knowledge of Sitecore as a CMS would be beneficial
? Experienced of working in a similar role, sufficient familiarity on membership bodies, experience of managing key performance indicators and a thorough understanding of SEO, PPC and content marketing techniques,.
? A proven ability to drive B2B, and B2C growth through digital channels is a must, as is a comprehensive knowledge of Google analytics.
? It is essential the evidence of ongoing CPD and prefect management and report writing experience.
? Strong financial management and analytical skills, be able to work without supervision to achieve targets and deadlines.
? The successful candidate will need to be a team player with a "can-do " attitude, be able to work effectively under pressure and have a high level of attention to detail. It is essential that you are flexible, have good influencing and negotiation skills and the ability to engage with people at a senior management level
