职位描述
You will be responsible for:
? Gather information from the finance, HR, Admin and Legal business stakeholders to understand their current and potential requirements. Manage stakeholders’ expectations, ensure that business stakeholders understand available IT solutions, use feedback to assess and promote understanding of need for future changes in services and systems.
? Analyze business functions, processes, requirements, problems, and opportunities, seek effective business solutions through improvement of new and changed processes. Ensure requirements for fitness for purpose as well as adherence to business objectives and consistency. Document business requirement and functional design.
? Work closely with the technical team to identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches.
? Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for change initiatives. Prepare documentation in order to provide clear communications with stakeholders, including business requirements document, functional, data and non-function specification, feasibility study, and approach paper, ensuring traceability back to source.
? Conduct business processes and data modeling for current and desired scenarios, select appropriate modeling techniques and correct level of detail for meeting assigned objective.
? Assist in defining acceptance test and usability evaluations; ensure that tests reflect realistic operational business conditions. Document test results, highlight issues and risks identified to the business stakeholders.
? Prepare realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans), assign tasks to other analyst staff, and track activities against the project schedule, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.
? Develop business/project plan and present/communicate to senior stakeholders for their feedback and approvals.
To be successful, you will have:
? Functional expertise in finance, HR, admin and Legal related business process
? Experience in developing business plan and present to senior stakeholders
? Maintaining effective working relationships with business stakeholders at various levels.
? Experience in project management to identify project objectives, requirements, and scope and timeline estimation.
? Experience in an organization with high frequencies of change; ability to manage and adapt to change.
? Advanced ability to analyses and interpret business needs.
? Ability to articulate technology benefit in terms of business functions.
? Advanced knowledge of business process and data analysis, especially international trade process
? Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
? Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
? Understanding of project management methodologies.
? Technical knowledge of programming, database concepts and system design.
It would be great, if you had:
? Experience in e-Commerce
? Degree qualifications relevant to the e-Commerce, Trading or IT industry.
? Understanding of data and metadata management, including time-series data.
? Understanding of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts.
? Knowledge of Graphical User Interface design (GUI), usability, accessibility and security concepts.
? Experience in business requirements gathering for Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence applications.
? Relevant IT or business accreditations or certifications.
