Responsibilities:

·To deliver new commercial/industrial site builds on time, to expected quality, and budget

·To interface between client teams and delivery team and ensure that the needs of all parties are met to the highest degree of expectation

·To manage M&E construction and resolve technical issue

·To be responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from M&E system design to testing/commissioning and handover completion

Requirements:

·Degree in Mechanical, HVAC or equivalent

·Large scale M&E construction experience

·At least 8 years of work experience

·Excellent project or programme management skills with prior experience in the commercial/industrial sector

·Able to written and verbal English and Chinese language communication skills

·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
