Role Summary:

• Build-up Dealer Business Plan for each dealer


• Track and monitor the dealers’ performance to support Frontline in Action plan elaboration


• Elaborate the Dealer incentive plan, conduct the quarterly and full year assessment and dealer information


• Implement the Lean DOS and propose action plan for dealers


• Trigger and organise task force team to operate at dealer level in case of precise failure/ non performance


• Service Quality performance : Guide the improvement of VGS with direct impact on 12 KPI’s

Job Description:

1. Dealer Business Plan

• Guide dealers to make the annual dealer business plan; make sure market company could monitor the performance of dealers in each of the territories.

2. Establish Dealer Incentive Plan and formulate the dealer performance management system -

• Organize and coordinate the different functions to align the business targets of each dealer, follow the rules


• Collect and deliver the message between internal and external, organize to maintain the update or the Dealer business plan in terms of targeting, flexibility, and effectiveness.

3. Monitoring, review and Correction plan set-up

• Summarize and feedback the improvement suggestion to dealers, help to setup action plan, and organize the task force to do the on-site rectification coaching for operation improvement


• Organize the review of dealers’ performance and make draw the whole year summary accordingly

4. Dealer Operation Standard

• Implement the assessment of adapted DOS


• Communicate the DOS result internally and externally, draw rectification plan for dealers in shortcomings

5. Merge DOS and VGS in an operational tool to improve Service quality

• Re-design lean VGS (WPP) and find simple way to implement

Qualifications:

• comprehensive understanding of auto retail business as well as dealer network


• Financial knowledge


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Fluent English


• Good analysis ability, strong in observation and moving tasks forward


• Bachelor degree or above in business administration


• > 5 years working experience in automotive industry

Work Flexibility:

• Position is based in Beijing


• Travel time: 10% ~ 20%
