Job Title: Project Manager, China
Location: Beijing
Status: Full time
Travel: 10%-15%



General Summary:

Sonos is looking to find an exceptional Project Manager with the ability to manage multiple cross functional projects simultaneously, through working with internal departments to ensure consistency and quality across all programs. The project manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a project over the entire life of the project as shown by the following Project Phases: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing.



Responsibilities:

Manage project planning: including project feasibility study, project schedules, resources planning, and critical paths, etc. The key deliverable being an approved Project Management Plan which integrates all subsidiary plans to create one coherent document.
Manage projects execution by working with all stakeholders according to project schedule.
Manage project deliverables and phase controlling, ensure projects are completed with good quality, on time, and on budget.
Organize project review, update project dash board, and manage the communication to management.
Coordinate and interface across different functional departments.
Promote the quality and customer Focus within project teams.
Proactively solve day-to-day problems and exercise good judgment not only in solving problems, but also in determining when to escalate issues to the next level of management
Responsible to formally close the project, and ensure that lessons learned and best practices are appropriately stored and/or disseminated.

Qualifications

Bachelor, or master degree, MBA or/and PMI is a plus
Five years above project management experience with proven ability to deliver projects on time while achieving or exceeding results within budget
Highly motivated with a can do attitude and the ability to make informed decisions quickly working in a fast paced environment
Able to act independently
Ability to communicate and present to groups.
Detail focused, self-directed and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
Team-player who possesses good people skills and can work closely and collaboratively with other functional teams, and outside vendors.
Passion, willing to take challenges
Must demonstrate high levels of interpersonal communication skills with the ability to impact and influence others.
