工作职责
- 优秀的需求理解能力，并能独立完成交互设计
- 将需求转化为用户界面线框图，及交互流程。撰写交互设计的相关文档。
- 与视觉设计师、开发人员紧密合作，共同实现出产品
- 快速有效地解决各类问题
- 组织并执行可用性测试

- 善于发现问题，并能有效解决问题
- 熟悉应用交互设计工具
- 熟悉移动端产品的设计开发流程
- 了解手机各平台的UX准则
- 在设计时能考虑技术的可行性，并及时了解新技术
- 有基本的视觉设计知识
- 有可用性测试实践经验
- 强的责任心和好的团队合作精神，优秀的交流、表达设计的能力
- 好的英文水平是加分项
- 至少三年专业交互设计工作经验
- 请提供交互设计作品


Responsibilities
- Ability to independently complete the interaction design.
- Create detailed wireframe interface & interaction flow based on requirements, output as design specification.
- Work closely with GUI designers & Implementation team, to make high quality products.
- Problem solving, be able to come up with effective solutions.
- Organize and execute Usability Test, and improve design accordingly.

Qualification
- Good understanding of requirements from clients, and Strong logic thinking.
- Think from target users' perspective & scenarios, and do interaction design accordingly.
- Focus on every single detail!
- Have sense of psychology and intention from user behavior.
- Willing to learn from other voices, also have your own thinking, and creative ideas.
- Be good at finding problems, and solve them effectively.
- Excellent skill of Interaction design tools.
- Familiar with mobile apps development process.
- Have Knowledge and experience of major mobile platforms UX Guidelines.
- Familiarity with the technical considerations and new technology when designing
- Experience of organizing and executing Usability Testing.
- Team player and have strong responsibility, with good communication skill.
- Good English skill is a big plus.
- Minimum of 3 years professional working experience in UX Design / Interaction Design field.
