Scope of work:

·Work on site in client Shanghai office to provide support and business analysis for SOI &DMS (Sell Order Inventory & Distributor Management System)

·Focusing on client China

·Understand and collect business requirements and convert to IT language and solution

·Coordinate the interface between different parties, various business team (Department: Sales /Marketing/MND/PND/Finance) and other vendors as well.

·Project support as business system analyst during project change management

·Support many departments such as Sales (PND&MND)/Marketing/Finance.

·Support KA (Key Account) and Wholesalers on Order/Advise Order/Inventory Management.

·Support Sales & Market Department on sales forecast.

·Support all related departments on report data (Sell Order Inventory) analysis & validation.

·Support on SOI&DMS System configuration.

Job specification:

·Proactively engage with client business stakeholders to make sure the right and consistent understanding of business needs and knowledge

·Analyze and document business processes, study/research new process requests, and create processes flow diagrams, new template and new reports

·Provide consulting services, communicate and coordinate with business user, gather, validate, and document business requirements of various BU, refine requirements and translation requirements into IT technical solutions

·Act as IT subject matter expert in multi projects of client. Be in charge of the IT relevant tasks and work streams.

·Act as business system analyst, establish project to make consulted IT solution happen and support project on production.

·Understand and assist client business on project related changes on process, people and tools. Provide sufficient training and support to drive any IT related transitions.

·Effectively communicate with both business team and 3^rd part vendor. Work closely with architecture team, project team, production support, be an efficient bridge to manage the right information and business understanding between business team and tech team.

·Working with project team, monitor and manage the project delivery performance to make sure the high quality deliverable.

Key qualification:

·Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or relevant.

·>3 years working experience in IT business consultant or BSA role

·Retail industry experience, supply chain or pharmaceutical knowledge is a plus

·Solid written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

·Quick leaner, good inter-personal skill.

·Multi-Task.
