Position title: Quality Engineer
Location: Beijing
Main task:
Implement and monitor the predefined quality standards for products, processes and systems and assure the adherence to the same in day-to-day business.
Duties and responsibilities:
l Develop and specify the control plan on basis of in- and external quality standards, procedures, methods and tools under consideration of ZF standards.
l Solve problems in differing situations requiring the identification and selection of appropriate solutions using established procedures and standards.
l Carry out inspection using the specified measurements and testing equipment.
l Follow a short-term planning perspective and conduct constant review of progress at several times per month.
l Prepare data analysis for reports on quality status and monitor B2B portals.
l Carry out quality planning and participate in projects and sub-projects.
l Committed to practices and procedures that have clear precedents or are covered by closely defined policies.
Competencies and experiences:
l Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in automative industry, solid hands on experience on TS16949 and related quality tools, familiarity with VDA 6.3 is a plus.
l Good English is a must, fluent written English, oral English can be used as working language.
l Strong analytical and problem solving skills
l Good presentation and communication skills
l Ability to work in a team
l Profound PC skills
