Job description
Job Scope:
The Sales perform tasks that include developing relationships within the client's account and identifying viable client business problems which may turn into IBM opportunities. To Represent IBM to sale IBM IT solutions/product to the assigned customer to achieve the quota, to keep long term relationship and gain market share, and to beat competitors in the assigned territory. Maintain the certain level of customer satisfaction. They should understand and apply knowledge of information technology and associated solutions related to the Client's business to attain his/her position and team objectives.
Job Requirements:
1. Environment: Understands and applies knowledge of information technology and associated solutions related to the client's business to attain his/her position and team objectives.
2. Communication/Negotiation:Draws upon concepts and knowledge of information technology to collaborate with team members and other IBM functions. Uses and attends to negotiation sessions as an entry team member, involving other IBM functions and clients in order to attain position objectives. Negotiation skills are an essential requirement.
3. Problem Solving: Recognizes job-related problems in account planning and solution implementation and works to produce solutions with the assistance of a team leader or manager.
4. Working Conditions: Normal/flexible office conditions may be exposed to irregular work hours.
5. Contribution/Leadership: With assistance, identifies and qualifies IBM opportunities based on an understanding of the client's business and strategy. Manages a few simple projects. Autonomy Work is reviewed with team members or team leader or management. Gathers customer requirements and helps to translate them into potential solutions.
Required Skills:
1-3 years presales experience in IT industry
Has understanding of IBM products & clients.
Has the customer insight for selling.
Good team work ability.
Good communication skill both to customer and to Business Partners.
Good command of both written and oral Chinese & English.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 1 year experience in At least 1 year experience in Client Facing (presentation, demo, proposal, deployment etc)
English: Fluent
