职位描述

Responsibilities and Skills:

1. Develop a deep understanding of KargoCard products, channels and technologies.
2. Manage professional services, customer support, field service and merchant service functions.
3. Oversee professional field services to maintain the POS terminal in perfect condition and asset management.
4. Manage the nationwide support team to deliver 24-7 support to customers.
5. Work with account mangers for the professional merchant service which is including the merchant service team, quality assurance, training and art design.
6. Build relationships across customer IT, executive and business users.
7. Work with KargoCard teams – Sales, Products and Engineering.
8. Maintain the cost of the operation effective and efficiency.
9. Ensure 100% customer and merchant satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. 7-10 years of prior customer services experience in professional services, customer support.
2. Knowledgeable for those systems for the customer services.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Comfort with engaging a range of key men – Business, IT, executives etc.
5. Ability to work with and harness cross functional teams.
6. Has Managed relationships with retailers.
7. Has the experience on the marketing and promotion will be a plus.
