Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide end user support for SAP (FICO, COPA), business intelligence and non SAP systems.
• Review AS-IS business solutions, identify business improvement opportunities, recommend solutions and apply changes.
• Contribute to system resolution design and implementation in FICO functional area using best practices to satisfy business requirements.
• Collaborate with global team and external vendors to design, develop, test, document, train and implement system and process enhancements and solutions.Perform monthly closing procedures in FICO, COPA areas.
• Produce and maintain a variety of routine and special reports.
• Assist Project Manager in aspects of Project Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Things you should bring along /Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business field, computer science or equivalent knowledge gained through working in similar roles.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on support or implementation experience in SAP ERP FICO and COPA areas.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Multinational corporation support is preferred.
• Good understanding of Retail industry, preferably Apparel
• Core experience with FICO and COPA modules including functionality and report.
• Good knowledge of FICO integration to SD, MM modules.
• Hands-on experience with ERP business intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
