Job description

--Presales technical support to customer

--Detailed Storage technology understanding to promote IBM storage solution and advantage

--Develop storage solution according to customer’s specific requirement

--Differentiate IBM storage’s unique advantage from competitor

--Configure, price, and build TCO/ROI justifications for sales

--Enable the BP with IBM Value Solutions and advanced technologies

--Work with service team to handle storage issues and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirement:

-- Bachelor degree or above in computer science or engineering;

-- Has strong Storage solution and product knowledge/skills/experience;

-- 3+ years working experience;

-- Has working experience as technical sales support or system integrator in storage area;

-- Good at reading and listening English, can speak and write English; CET-6 or above

-- Database or Unix System product knowledge/skills/experience is a plus;

-- Good communication and presentation skills;

-- Hands on skill is a plus;

Required

Bachelor's Degree

At least 1 year experience in Local Experience

English: Intermediate
