Essential Responsibilities

The HQ FP&A analyst supports Healthcare China to deliver Op profit operating plans, acts as a business partner to drive order, sales growth and cost management, improves financial reporting and FP&A process and drives forecasting accuracy. Duties include (but are not limited to): • Work with all Healthcare China P&Ls in key finance operation cycles (such as Ops review, bullet train, QMI, closing, weekly pulse, order & backlog reporting), provide support to Healthcare China financial reporting & analysis • Support China Ops review package preparation reporting to Healthcare global senior management; communicate with China P&L finance teams to perform analysis ensuring reporting and estimate accuracy for both market maker performance and statutory result • Lead China orders and backlog global reporting, ensure quality and timely submission and drive ledger based order backlog reporting implementation. • Coordinate weekly finance pulse process with all China P&Ls, provide timely update to management team, and also act as the China owner of global QMI tool • Involve in the monthly Bullet Train process to improve financial visibility, identify key drivers and partner with operation team to improve cost productivity • Take ownership of multiple closing responsibilities, such as China ledger based reporting, lead key China cost accruals and own DR reports to global FP&A and GGO • The candidate is expected to focus on entire Healthcare China P&L, from market maker to statutory results, from Order, Sales to CM, to net income • This role reports solid line to HQ FP&A leader
