Essential Function / Responsibilities
l Fully responsible for SAP daily maintenance and basic development.
l Act as first-level support for other Business Application system and communicate with HQ IT team for second-level support.
l Managing the maintenance for SQL and ORACLE database, IIS setup and support VPN client installation.
l IT Help desk of south China field sales team.
l Very hands-on & technically sound and able to work independently to fulfill the assigned duties.


Qualifications / Requirements
l University degree with major in IT related field.
l Technical English and excellent Mandarin Knowledge.
l Minimum 4 years working experience in operating and maintaining SAP in MNCs.
l Minimum 2 years working experience under following operating system platform:
n Windows W2K or Server 2008
n Linux
l Excellent knowledge of Database, ABAP, Java, RDP, IIS and program developing.
l Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and latest internet related technologies.
l Technical certification of programmer, CCNA and MCSE is a plus.
l Able to work under pressure.
l Good interpersonal skill and efficient communication skill.
l Team player
