工作职责Responsibility：


1）完成销售目标，增加本区域市场份额；
To achieve the defined sales target and to increase market share for the region

2）开发当地合作伙伴，提高本地甚至至下一级城市市场覆盖率；
To develop local partners to improve local market coverage even to second tier cities

3）持续跟进和关注冷冻经销商以及OEMs；
To focus on following up and penetration at Refrigeration dealer & OEMs

4）维持并开发冷冻产品制造商以及终端用户合作伙伴；
To maintain and develop the freezing manufacturers and end customers partnership

5）安排客户技术研讨会，满足客户需求，处理客户投诉，及时质量反馈等。
To arrange the technical seminar with customers and handle customer’s needs and complaints, quality feedback, etc.


职位要求Requirements：


1）有空调或冷冻相关专业学历背景
Bachelor Degree in air conditioning and Refrigeration background

2）在空调与冷冻行业里有三年或以上的从业经验
At least 3 years working experience in HVAC industry

3）有新客户和渠道开拓能力及相关经验
Having new customers and capability to develop new channels or related experience

4）有跟进和管理工厂类客户的经验者优先
Experience in managing the customers in manufacturing industry is preferred.

5）较强的独立工作和时间管理能力
Work indecently and time management capability

6）愿意出差
Willing to travel frequently
