Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Detailed Description

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

Job Requirements

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle AIA/PIP products and technology to meet customer requirements. Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Competent in at least one product or technology area.
* Gain understanding of customer’s expectations for projects and timelines
* Gather and validate necessary customer business requirements for successful execution
* Apply product and configuration knowledge to customer requirements; participate in gap analysis and solutions design
* Anticipate risks/issues associated with assigned task; provide recommendations for resolution
* Build credibility through interaction with customer peers
* Demonstrate understanding of and leverage Oracle methodologies, tools and leading practices
* Contribute to a knowledge repository as applicable
* Provide assistance through peer review of other team member’s work products
* May help orient entry level consultants or recent hires
* Promote team communication and cohesiveness
* May assist in business development efforts on existing projects by providing customer scoping and requirements gathering
* Work with project leadership to identify work extensions
* Work with manager to identify next assignments; leverage customer and internal networks
* 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical role
