职位描述

Job Responsibilities

· Identifying new business opportunities;

· Sales target Achieved;

· Relationships building within Architectural and Design Community;

· Keeping the market informed about forthcoming product developments and Steelcase insights;

· Providing accurate and up to date forecasting information;

· Continuous improvement on product demonstration and product technical knowledge;

· Application of Steelcase consultative sales methodology & tools;

· Developing and managing sales plans;

· Maintaining expert knowledge and oversight on market and customer information.

Requirements

· 2-4 years sales experience with a proven sales record;

· Diploma or equivalent qualification is required;

· Broad exposure and understanding of office furniture industry;

· Strong networks and client relationship;

· Outstanding project management and time management skills;

· Strong interpersonal skills with coaching and mentoring capabilities;

· Self-motivated, self-directed and be willing to accept responsibilities;

· Be able to work under pressure;

· Proficiency in MS Office applications;

· English language proficiency.
