Responsibility:
In charge of all relocated matter for both sea and air export ,such as:
Shipment arrangement
Shipping doc
Cargo tracing
Container arrangement
Customs declaration
Account management
Communication and coordination with overseas offices/agents
Provide customer updated info and solution when needed.

Qualification:
More than 3 years export operation experience for international logistics company, familiar with whole export operation process
Experience in handling customer claim, key accounts management, internal coordination, etc.
Major in logistics/foreign trade
Fluent written and oral English
Residence in Shanghai
Bachelor degree or above
diligent, team-working, conscientious, approachable, strong ability to handle and resolve problems
