Job Responsibilities:

1) Establishing a practical logistic solution according to their business natures.

2) Give recommendation to the budget process for logistic costs in local operations to secure any improvement opportunity.

3) Participate in LogEx projects, to provide expertise support, and continues to explore and identify possibilities for cross functional project, e.g RTM, returnable, etc.

4) Be responsible for overall logistic KPI reporting from Greater China. By working closely with local team, ensure that KPIs are standardized and are calculated correctly within all the local operations. To provide group monthly KPI report to all the local operations timely and accurately with detailed analysis in order to provide meaningful benchmarking.

5) Act as a value-adding consultant by highlighting gap analysis and improvement opportunity to all the local logistic functions by building up positive relationships with local team and providing professional service to ensure any gaps and opportunities are to be addressed in a professional manner.

6) Manage the imports and exports of all materials through the logbook process to ensure the Company has a robust and cost effective solution.

7)Provide the Company with cost affective logistic solutions, domestic and international.

8) Source and tender potential solutions and evaluate on Cost, Quality and Delivery.

9) Negotiate contracts with chosen suppliers.

Personal Qualification

v Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals, teams and management as well as autonomously. Organizational sensitivity, engage without conflict.

v Good leadership skills with desire to drive for change and strive for continue improvement.

v Be energetic and passionate about driving for results. Have proven track record for achieving results.

v Understand internal and external drivers in the development for Chinese FMCG industry.

v Fluent English in speaking and writing. Mandarin is a must.

v At least 6 years working in similar positions in multinational companies.

v Experience with contract management and negotiation in transportation or warehousing preferred (esp. improving performance of outsourced operations).

v Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.

v Very good analytical skills.
