该职位工作职责和角色Roles & Responsibility of the Job:
? Coordinate trade show program including recommending trade show attendance, managing booth appearance, coordinating support literature, procuring promotional items and overseeing budget
? Responsible for the daily maintenance of the product and catalog database and assisting with catalog distribution to the house mailing list and to advertising respondents
? Responsible for timely Marketing Analysis
? Establish appropriate turnaround time goals, supervise outside vendors and manage postage expenses involved in catalog fulfillment
? Maintain and manage inventory of promotional items and suggest new items as needed in a creative way
? Manage outside fulfillment services and must remain abreast of postal regulations
? Increase effectiveness of database marketing strategies through collection of demographic data, targeted advertising and enhanced database management systems.
? Monitor website and work with IT or other departments to make updates as needed.
? Ensure, through systems management the consistency, continuity and accuracy of all product information throughout business unit (i.e. catalog, computer, labels, etc.)
任职要求Requirement of the Jobholder:
- Major in Chemistry or related sciences
- Market oriented, customer focused and strong team work spirit
- at least 1 year business / marketing experience in chemistry area
- Candidates with both technical and marketing experience in the chemistry area will be a strong plus
- Excellent English skills
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- High integrity
Graduate student will also be considered if he/she holds degree in chemistry or related sciences and with experience in marketing projects.
