Key responsibilities:
? Main person responsible for level 1support for all Wintel servers used by onshore systems.
? Proficiency is required in all aspects of Wintel administration including hardware and software installation and troubleshooting, operating system configuration and security, backup and recovery, capacity planning, monitoring, performance and tuning, research and evaluation of tools and techniques, scripting and automation, standards and procedures related to the environment
? Server performance tuning and Capacity management planning including usage of MOM/SCOM and other tools.
? Creation, maintenance and execution of High Availability and Disaster Recovery and proposals of alternative Wintel architectures and solutions.
? Implementation, administration and maintenance of Active Directory and other Wintel technologies.
? Work with regional Wintel SA to adopt best practices and standard.
? Responsible for capacity planning and level 2 monitoring.
? Work with application teams to understand basic application usage.
? Lead/Participate in projects starting from the technical evaluations initiation phase to ascertain impact on existing systems, provide inputs on risks, analyze, to the proposals of solutions and the respective deliveries

Requirements
? Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Wintel infrastructure in an enterprise environment covering Windows 2003, 2008. Required to have MCSE.
? Experience in a 24X7 Microsoft Windows Server environment with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows architecture including design and support
? Experience with installation, upgrading, and patching of Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 server
? Experience with Microsoft Windows running in a virtualized environment
? Experience with break/fix resolution and root cause analysis
? Advanced performance tuning/optimization skills.
? Ability to automate tasks with scripting
? Experience with backup and recovery tools
? Good written and oral communication skill in Chinese and English
? Good problem solving skills. Able to work independently.
? Experience or knowledge of China A-shares trading is highly preferred
? University degree from Information Technology or related majors
