Job Summary:
1. To work as a key window person and coordinate with all functional teams to satisfy 3PL suppliers need
2. To assist management to maintain good relationships with 3PL suppliers and help 3PL suppliers with value added services.
3. To keep an efficient daily communication involved in all logistics process and take pro-active actions to avoid any risks to 3PL projects.
General Responsibility
1. Good support and management of daily operations of 3PL business for 3PL account, including coordinating for emergency issues and follow up, analyzing operations data, organizing regular review meeting with client side and preparing meeting minutes, assisting in providing information for negotiation meeting with client.
2. Complete KPI reports and service charges correctly and before the requested deadline, ensure company can issue service invoice to client.
- Identify extra cost in OPS on 3PL project, negotiate with 3PL client on unclear extra cost outside of agreement
- Recharge extra cost & value added service according to the agreed terms.
3. Support both Business Development of new clients and contract extensions with existing clients.
Skills and knowledge
- Good command of Excel and other office software
- Self-motivated, pro-active, be able to take multi-tasks
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- More than 3 years of relevant working experience in a Logistics or Supply Chain related role. Experience in a Key Account Management role preferred.
