职位描述：

· 客人到康乐部的第一联系人，需要以高标准的酒店礼仪迎接客人；

· 为酒店康乐部客人办理登记手续；

· 审核客人消费记录，账单，会员卡信息；

· 以专业快捷的方式对待客人提出的所有要求和问题；

职位要求：

· 专科或同等学历以上，酒店管理专业优先；

· 1年以上星级酒店工作经验；

· 具有良好的客户服务意识，团队合作精神；

· 良好的沟通技巧和电话礼仪；

· 可根据工作需要，灵活安排不同的工作班次；

· 精通英语，普通话，会第二外语者优先考虑；

· 精通电脑，会操作Opera系统；

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Being one of the first contacts when a guest comes to Health Club, the highest standards of hospitality and welcome demonstrated at the front desk is very important.

· Carries out all the records of club guests.

· Conducts billing/membership information.

· Takes care of all guest queries and needs efficiently and professionally

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Preferably a college degree in hotel management or hotel business related field

· At least 1 year experience in a quality hotel background

· Service oriented, team player

· Good communications skills and telephone manner

· Flexibility in terms of scheduling

· Well versed in Putonghua and English, fluency in a second foreign language a plus

· Sound knowledge of computer, with experience in Opera operations preferable
