1、北京户口，高中以上学历，五年以上高档车实际驾龄，退伍军人，40岁以内；

2、熟悉北京各个地区及周边交通路线；

3、有一定办事能力，为人诚实稳重、品质好、形象好、无不良嗜好；

4、具有良好的驾驶技术和安全、服务意识，身体健康；

5、吃苦耐劳；
