？ Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests.
保持友好整洁礼貌的对客服务形象。
？ Always check personal hygiene and be well groomed in appearance.
检查个人卫生和仪容仪表。
？ Always wear a clean and tidy uniform.
着装整齐。
？ Always be friendly and smiling under any circumstances.
随时保持友善的态度，服务面带微笑。
？ Provide courteous service to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests and enquiries.
提供礼貌待客的服务， 对客人的要求和投诉做出积极反应。
？ Give guests immediate and complete attention to their requests and complaints.
对客人的要求和投诉应给予及时的关注。
？ Work closely with Executive Club Supervisor/Manager in handling complaints.
和皇冠楼层主管/经理配合处理好客人投诉。
？ In the Absence of Club Supervisor/Manger, take down particulars of complaints or requests and pass them
to Club Supervisor/Manager or her assistant to follow up.
主管/经理不在时， 需将投诉记录下来并转交主管/经理跟进。
？ Greet and meet guests in the Club Lounge.
在皇冠酒廊迎接客人。
？ Prepare registration card and room key before guest’s arrival.
客人抵达前准备好房卡和钥匙。
？ Responsible for all the enquiries from guests.
负责回应客人提出的所有请求。
？ Introduce the Club Lounge facilities to guests upon their arrival.
客人抵达时介绍皇冠酒廊的设施。
？ Record down all suggestions and comments from guests.
将客人所有的意见和建议记录下来。
？ Assist Club Manager to answer the phone calls in the Club Lounge.
协助皇冠楼层主管/经理接听电话。
？ Follow the instruction of the Emergency Procedure whenever applicable.
熟知酒店应急程序。
？ During a fire, or emergencies related to death, robbery, bomb threat, etc. apply the
Hotel’s emergency procedure as laid down by the management.
当发生死亡，抢劫，爆炸，诈骗等等情况时， 根据酒店应急程序做出相应反应。
？ Perform any other duties as requested by the Front Office Manger or other Management staff.
跟进前厅经理或管理层要求的其他工作。
