Essential Responsibilities
- Provide regular site service to related customers; support sales to maintain the business without losing for failure in the implementation of treatment program and poor site service. Cooperate closely with company internal support team to maintain good service quality to the customers.
- Main work include routine site service work, site trouble shooting, communication with customer production personnel, service report drafting out
- The main task is to make dosing equipment system operate smoothly. Acting as specialist to instruct and solve cooling/boiler/process water side consultation. Work requires knowledge of dosing equipment and HPI/CPI/power/steel etc industrial water treatment. Work requires ability to read and comprehend instruction manuals in order to make relevant system improve. Cooperate with account manager to maintain customer relations and trouble shooting
- Take the regular system inspection and maintenance based on GE WPT contract including but not limited to:
* Daily water sampling and field test for the samples in cooling systems, boiler system and other systems;
* Customer production process data collection;
* Dosing equipment inspection;
* Chemical dosage adjustment and chemical dosing;
* Daily service report writing , etc.
- Be in charge of chemicals consumption internal order and store.
- See after equipment system(GE WPT supplied), and keep them operating well.
- Responsible for internal technical training to other service engineer.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor, Major in Chemical Engineering , Environmental Engineer, ability to maintain equipment system. Knowledge of equipment and boiler water treatment with 2 years relevant experience at least.
- Be familiar with CPI water process or power water process, especially for boiler system
- CET-4, common oral English communication ability, good English reading ability to read and write relevant technical reports
- Hardworking
- Strong Problem solving and interpersonal skills
